I came home at 4pm today and building security refused to leave the comfort of their chair to deal with this person smoking drugs in our courtyard.

The video runs for 6 minutes. Unfortunately, it does not capture the audio clearly, but residents are complaining to security in the background and security refuses to do a patrol or even get out of his chair.
