UPDATE:
This issue was surfaced at the 2021 AGM during the open Q & A session. Building management stated that the master key was lost, but it only gave access to the common elements and that individual units had not been compromised.
Security guard admits the master key was missing.
Before the Forest Hill Guards were replaced with the new guards, one of the Forest Hill guards admitted to me that the master key had been misplaced or stolen, it’s location was still unknown, and that the security of the locks on every door had been compromised.
Security guard admitted that this missing key opens every door in the building, including your unit.
It was explained to me by another security guard that the only resolution was to replace the locks on every unit, at great expense. He estimated that it would cost upwards for $25,000 to replace the locks on every door, more if we replaced them with modern locks that are resistant to being picked, bumped, or opened with a credit card.
Board meeting minutes confirm that the master key was lost.
Thank you James P for all of your work to get the meeting minutes the board has hidden from us via so many lengthy and expensive Condo Authority of Ontario arbitrated requests. One thing that was surfaced in these meeting minutes was this item from July 9, 2020:
Re-Keying of Master Locks: ACTION-Management is to follow up with the Forest Hill Group regarding reimbursement for the re-keying of master locks in the building.

If you look at the new condo rules, the rules clearly states:
No Resident shall place or cause to be placed on the access doors to any Unit, additional or alternate locks without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors. All door locks must be installed by agents of the Corporation and be accessible by the master key (see also Part X of the Declaration).
